How can I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our website, select your desired items, and proceed to the checkout page. Follow the prompts to provide your shipping and payment information, and your order will be processed.
Where do you ship? and how much?
Peninsular Malaysia : Flat rate RM8, Free shipping for over RM100 purchase.
East Malaysia: Flat rate RM8, OR free shipping for over RM100 purchase.
ASEAN region (Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand,
Vietnam) and Hong Kong: Please enter your address on the shopping cart page to see shipping costs.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers. At checkout, you will have the option to choose your preferred payment method.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery can take anywhere from 3-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. During the checkout process, you will be able to see if your country is eligible for shipping. Please note that additional customs fees or taxes may apply upon delivery, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your shipment on our website or the courier’s website.
Do you ship P.O. Boxes?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O addresses at this time. If you don’t have a residential address, please reach out to our team at hello@prismmy.com before placing your order, and we will do our best to assist you!
Can I cancel my order?
Your purchase begins its journey to you as soon as you complete the checkout process. We unfortunately do not have a cancellation window. Once an order is processed, it cannot be altered.

What is your return policy?
We have a 7-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items eligible for return must be in brand new, unused condition, with all original packaging intact. The shipping cost of your return will be deducted from your total refund.
What is your exchange policy?
If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to initiate a return for your original purchase, and make a separate purchase for the item you wish to receive instead. If you have any questions, please contact hello@prismmy.com for assistance.
Can I return sale items?
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular priced items will be refund.
Does your products have a warranty?
All products purchased directly from us is backed by a 30 days warranty. Our products purchased through third-party retailers are not under our warranty policy.
The warranty covers:
・Cracks or breaks on the items.
・Printing error
The warranty does not cover:
・Cosmetic Damage – scratches, dents, dings, scuffs, stains, colour changes, normal wear and tear (including inner fabric).
・Damage from inappropriate care. Please see “How to care” of each brand page.
